Pre-emptive kowtow = 先制土下座だそうだ。ここでは先月のWSJの記事ってあるけど、1年前に既に記事になってる。資源系をやってる人には常識なんだろうが、僕的には「へぇ、中国とオーストラリアの関係ってそうなのか」って感じ。

ま、普通は土下座するにしても「Non-Preemptive kowtow」だろう。「いやいや土下座」。一体、日本人の何％が一生のうちに土下座を経験するのだろう？ する人はきっと何度もするんだろうなあ。僕は１回だけある。理由は明らかにできないけどね。
