I've encounterd this situation sooooooooooooooo many times today.
After having thought for a while, I changed language setting from Japanese to English. Then, its situation turned to the better....suck.
言語によってルーティング先サーバーを変えているのは理解できるが、マイナーなユーザーの国のを犠牲にするとはどういうこっちゃ！
ということで、日本のBloggerユーザーの皆様、調子悪い時はDashBoardで言語を英語に変えてみると状況が好転するかも、です。
